Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate daily service schedules, assign technicians, and ensure timely response to customer service requests.
- Customer Invoicing in Quickbooks
- Communicate & support service technicians daily
- Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers regarding service updates, scheduling, and inquiries.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service records, prepare reports on service performance, and track job completion.
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or service coordination
- Quickbooks experience a plus
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word, MS Teams)
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Dispatching Software experience (particularly Intuit Field Service Management or Service Titan) a plus
- Strong team player
- Punctual and dependable about work schedule

Compensation based upon experience. Full Time. Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
