Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate daily service schedules, assign technicians, and ensure timely response to customer service requests.
  • Customer Invoicing in Quickbooks
  • Communicate & support service technicians daily
  • Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers regarding service updates, scheduling, and inquiries.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service records, prepare reports on service performance, and track job completion.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or service coordination
  • Quickbooks experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word, MS Teams)
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Dispatching Software experience  (particularly Intuit Field Service Management or Service Titan) a plus
  • Strong team player
  • Punctual and dependable about work schedule

Health Insurance, IRA, vacation, holiday benefit package offered.

Compensation based upon experience.  Full Time. Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
