Boutique Sales Associate & Key Holder – Artworx Beauty

Artworx Beauty is a modern coastal boutique located in Mashpee Commons, offering clean beauty, skincare, gifts, accessories, and thoughtfully curated lifestyle products. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate & Key Holder to join our team year-round.

This role is perfect for someone who loves retail, enjoys connecting with people, and has an appreciation for beauty, skincare, and coastal style. As a sales associate you’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience, assist customers with product recommendations, and support the day-to-day operations of the boutique.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the boutique independently
• Welcome and assist customers in a warm, genuine way
• Provide thoughtful product recommendations
• Maintain beautiful displays and keep the store organized
• Process sales through our point-of-sale system
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and receiving merchandise
• Help create an inviting and elevated shopping experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail experience is a plus
• Knowledge of makeup, skincare, or clean beauty is a plus
• Friendly, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Available to work weekends and flexible shifts year-round
