The Falmouth Commodores announce their game schedule for the 2026 season. The eight-week season will begin with a home game played on Saturday, June 13, against the Orleans Firebirds.
The Commodores will play 20 home games and 20 away games. All home games are played on the Arnie Allen Diamond at the Guv Fuller Field (behind the Falmouth Recreation Center) and begin at 6:00 p.m. Away games are played at one of the other nine Cape Cod Baseball League teams at various times. Entry to the Falmouth Commodores’ games is free, although donations at the entry gate are greatly appreciated. During home games, Commodores’ volunteers and interns manage the broadcast, concession stand, merchandise store, raffles, community ceremonies, kids' games, and more.
This season, the team will be led by Coach Jack Dahm, who has 31 years of experience as a head coach in collegiate baseball. Joining Coach Dahm, will be Assistant Head Coach Beau McMillan, Pitching Coach Paul Evans, Outfield Coach Anthony DeFabbia, First Base Coach Terry McGinn, Bullpen Coach Mike Funke, and Asst. Pitching Coach Tyler Richards.
The Commodores and other Cape League teams provide some of the best collegiate-level summer baseball in the United States. Players are comprised of current collegiate baseball stars and future professional standouts. Some notable MLB players have included Travis Bazzana, Adley Rutschman, Alex Bohm, Darin Erstad, Tito Martinez, A.J. Pollack, Mike Flanagan, Pie Traynor, among others.
The 2026 Cape League playoff format will feature three rounds of best-of-three series with the top four teams in each division qualifying for the postseason. The playoffs are scheduled to begin August 4 and conclude by August 12.
